How To Submit Content Projects
First of all, welcome to the WordRev family! We are excited to be a part of your growth. Since you are reading this we assume you have signed up to our platform and need to know how to submit projects within your client panel.
Once you sign up for a package you can submit as many projects as you want so long as the content projects do not exceed your word count limits.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to submit projects in a couple of clicks.
#1 Sign Up To Our Platform (Skip if you have.)
Signing up is easy!
Click here to go to the signup page and use your company email to make an account. We do occasionally send tips on content growth and sales information but never sell your data.
Once signed up you will receive a welcome email.
You can now log in using your credentials. Remember, we are always nearby with our live chat if you need any additional help.
#2 Submit Your First Order
Go to the “Content Manager” tab and choose the package that best fits your needs. We process all payments securely with Stripe and you will see a form to fill out your first project information when paying for the first time.
How much content do you need?
To help you understand we made a simple table. Most companies choose WordRev for ongoing content growth projects where we set up an editorial calendar. Here is what you can expect from different quantities of content.
2000 words / Bi-weekly posts to your blog.
4000 words / Weekly post to your blog.
8000 words / Two posts per week.
As a general rule, you should allow 1000 words per post. Please note that this is not a hard rule. You can divide your content however you want.
For example, if you order 2000 words of content and decide…
300 words for emails
200 words for social media
1500 word blog post
That’s acceptable and next we will show you how to do it.
#3 Request New Projects Within Your Order
You can always submit a new project for us to work on. After your first order, you can go to “Orders” within your panel and click request to make new projects.
Afterward, you can fill in the details of the project, review the information, and submit it to us. Once reviewed just click start order and you’re on the way to amazing content.
With this system, you can divide your content purchase into multiple projects.
Delivery
The WordRev team tries our best during business hours to deliver your first article up to 1000 words within 48 hours. All of your content will be delivered within your dashboard panel and can alternatively be emailed to you.
